6-week Production Readiness Sprint

You built it with AI. Now make it dependable.

We turn the release process in your head into a system your team can run: automatic checks, a private test version, approval for risky changes, and a tested way back.

Keep the speed.Add the release system.

Six weeks to a team-owned release system.

We work in the real app. Mike owns the technical path; Matt keeps the engagement moving.

Week 1

Diagnose

Mike maps the codebase, hosting, deployment path, failure points, and the release steps only you know.

Weeks 2–5

Build the release system

We build the CI/CD pipeline: automated test gates, a preview environment, approval for risky changes, release verification, and rollback.

Week 6

Handoff

We run four live drills, document the deployment and rollback runbook, and hand the release system to your team.

Week 6 exit testA teammate can release—and roll back—a change without Mike.

One working app. Final price depends on its setup and complexity.

Make one app safer for your team to release.

A focused implementation for one working codebase, including the tests, release setup, recovery path, and guides created during the sprint.

Common questions

Plain answers before you hand anyone access to your app or accounts.

Who is this for?

Builders who used Claude Code or another AI coding tool to create a working app and now need teammates, clients, or paying users to rely on it. Bring the working app, a written description of what changes should do, and a few recent examples.

Will this work with my current stack?

Usually. The sprint starts with the code, hosting, and release method you already use—including apps built with Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable. If the current setup cannot support the work, Mike will tell you before kickoff.

Does the app need to be rebuilt?

Usually not. Week one identifies what can be improved within the existing app. Rewrites, platform migrations, new features, redesigns, payment setup, and formal compliance programs are outside this sprint; if a rewrite is required first, Mike will say so.

What do I own, and what happens after?

You own the tests, release setup, configuration, and runbook inside your codebase and accounts. The sprint includes 30 days of support after handoff; ongoing operations and feature work can be scoped separately.

For technical readersSee the implementation scope

This is a production CI/CD implementation—not a generic code review. The scope can include automated test gates, preview environments, protected production deployments, human approval, release verification, rollback procedures, and an operating runbook.

CI/CD, in plain English

CD can mean delivery or deployment.

Continuous Integration
Does all of the code work together—all the time?
Continuous Delivery
Can we deploy the latest version whenever we choose?
Continuous Deployment
Does every change that passes the checks deploy automatically?

EVC automatically deploys passing changes to a test environment, so every change has a working preview. Production can still wait for human approval—especially when login, customer data, or payments are involved.

You built the app. Now make it safer to share.

Send us the app, how you release it today, and what needs to be dependable before more people use it. Matt will help scope the problem; Mike will review the technical path.
